He received his Dipl\u00f4me from Le Cordon Bleu, Paris in 1984 following his passion for French cooking inspired like so many by Julia Child. He has worked in restaurants in Los Angeles, Paris, and New York as a chef and baker. He most enjoys rye breads, homemade pasta, wood fired pizza and his family\u2019s Swedish holiday recipes.
