They went on to complete the Baking and Pastry program at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, and later honed their skills working under Chef Thomas Keller at Per Se in New York City.\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003EMackenzie holds a bachelor\u2019s degree in applied food studies from The CIA and earned a master\u2019s degree in gastronomy from Boston University before joining the Baker\u2019s Hotline team in 2025. Known for their love of detail-driven baking, Mackenzie especially enjoys creating macarons, croissants, and hand-made pasta.
