She mastered her extensive French pastry technique under the mentorship of Chef Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Robert, a James Beard Award winner and former partner to famed restaurateur Alain Ducasse, as well as studying in France under MOF Jean-Michel Perruchon in Paris and S\u00e9bastien Bouillet in Lyon, France.\u003C\/p\u003E\n\n\u003Cp\u003EAt Caf\u00e9 Madeleine, Chef Quon practices the centuries-old trade of a p\u00e2tissiere, combining rigorous and scientific standards with an artistic and whimsical soulfulness. Her passions include perfecting the art of viennoiserie, highlighting New England\u2019s seasonal produce, and educating a wider audience about French pastry.
