She is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America with a degree in 2017. Her baking career has taken her to Philadelphia where she honed her bread baking skills. Upon returning to her home state Vermont and to King Arthur, Lilly worked in our production bakery on the pastry side and also on our Bakers\u2019 Hotline. When she\u2019s not baking, her favorite thing is to cook.
