A native of Oregon, Megan worked in the Portland bakery and restaurant scene for ten years honing her skills until 2017, when she moved to the Upper Valley. Megan joined the King Arthur team in 2023, and teaches curriculum focusing on all things pastry; some of her favorite things to make are macarons and laminated pastries. When not teaching, Megan spends time with her fianc\u00e9 and his daughter, Matt and Vivienne, and hiking with her rescue dog, Tucker.
