Their dad taught them to make cookies at a young and impressionable age, and they\u0027ve been a regular chocolate chip off the old block ever since. Since the start of their career, they have worked for a wide array of bakeries doing everything from cake decorating and wedding desserts to Viennoiserie and large-scale bread production. These days, they are happy working on complicated bakes or sticking to the basics (as long as they get some to snack on when it\u0027s finished). They joined King Arthur in 2019 as a pastry baker before moving to the baking school team in 2024.
