After graduating from the Ohio State University, she taught high school English in France for two years. Following each academic year abroad, she spent two summers working at Moosilauke Ravine Lodge in the White Mountains where her dream of pursuing baking professionally came to fruition. For her, instructing at King Arthur is a fusion of passions. In addition to King Arthur, Emma substitute teaches at schools in the surrounding areas. Outside of work she loves cooking for friends, listening to music, and exploring the Upper Valley.
